It is not advised to go on a crash diet to reduce the belly size as they need to feed the babies, unless and until the lactating mother eats nourishing and healthy food the babies might not get good nutrition. Avoiding excess fat, walking, swimming and yoga can help in reducing the maternity belly size after delivery.
